Puppy (5, 3abs)

2 very different puppies in this class.

1st Silberliss Secret Squirrel A large dog, good length and masculine head, strong quarters, moved ok

2nd Sireva Incognito, smaller bitch who I preferred standing but she lacked confidence and was needs to tighten a bit in hind movement.

Post Graduate (1)

1ST Skilaki Move on up to Bifonda JW, male with soft expression. He has good body length but would like a little more depth, has good forechest.  Good length of neck.  Moved a little close behind.  (RB.o.B)

Yewdall’s Sh Ch Gunalt Adorable from Ladway Sh Cm

1st Pretty well balanced bitch, slightly narrower in muzzle. Good neck and shoulders and correct forehand angulation with good sternum. Well bent stifle and neat feet, moved well. (B.o.B)

YKC Handling 6 – 11 years

Both exhibitors blindsided me when moving, the winner won as had better control when moving.

1st was missing from catalogue so I don’t have a note of name.

2nd Emily Baker Reed

12 – 17 years

1st Emily Selby, stood alone with her Labrador, she had good control when standing but also blind sided me on the move.

18 – 24 years

1st Katie Grayshon handling a Lhasa Apso, confident handler who moved to correct position when I moved round her and her dog.  She was the only one not to blind side me when moving her dog.

Handling classes

6 – 11 years

1st Lacey Stevenson handled a Mini Smooth Dachshund.  Moved round dog with confidence when being judged, sympathetic handler who knew to move the dogs leg to correct position when I adjusted it.

12 – 16 years

1st Daisy Mason handled a boxer, well handled and knew to swap sided when judge moved.

2nd Emily Selby, made the same mistakes as in YKC class.  ( I spoke to her after judging and advised where she needs to improve a little and watch where the judge is standing in handling classes)

17+ years

1st Angela Mason, Mini Smooth Dachshund,  very close between 1st and 2nd, both had very good control of their dogs and moved to correct side of judge when moving and standing. 1st just pipped it when moving.

2nd Lorna Dandy, with a Husky.
